Directions

Take one cinnamon stick and place it into a large-sized pot. Add a quarter to a half cup of brown sugar into the pot as well. The amount of brown sugar added will determine the overall sweetness of the batch. Then add one can of apple juice concentrate into the pot. As well as 1/4 cup of spices apple cider.

Cooking

Let the pot simmer for 20 to 25 minutes and let the brown sugar dissolve. During this time the cinnamon stick will release most of its flavor. Stir regularly throughout this process.

You might want to place the lid over the pot to make sure that all your concentrate apple juice does not evaporator.

Once you brought to a simmer after 20 minutes you want to let the juices cool.

Once cooled you want to add two mason jars of moonshine or any type of grain that you like.

Stir and place back into mason jars. That will give you two mason jars of apple pie moonshine.

Spice up your shine a little with this trick

Core an apple and peel it.  Slice the apple and place on cooking sheet. Sprinkle apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Bake in oven at 375 degrees until the apple are soften to your liking.  Place soften apples in your finished batch of shine and enjoy apple shine treat at the bottom of the jar.  Don’t bake them to long or the baked apples will fall apart.
